I've heard of dogs doing it linked with anxiety ,

have you checked her teeth as well? No bad teeth/abscesses etc

Teeth look fine, I don’t see anything stuck in her mouth either. I’m thinking it’s anxiety based after talking more with my fiancé as we both agree that she doesn’t do it all the time. The drooling kind of comes and goes.

This could be a sign of an allergy to something. My missus' mum got a cockerpoo a year ago and she had a similar problem. The vet put it down to a reaction to the Christmas tree as they had a real one. Has the dog been in contact with anything unusual recently? Plants etc?
