dutchjozef 111 Posted January 17, 2018 Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 Good afternoon ladies and gents. Thought Id introduce myself first. Im a 44 year old shooting addict from holland. I started off as a 10 meter standing shooter (fwb 300s) and transited later on to 3 position rimfire with my Anschűtz .22. I later on was an instructor at the range teaching kids the 10 meter basics and helping upcoming hunters with their shooting before they had to do their test. This was no real job, didnt ask money for it, just enjoyd it. Now years later, me and my wife enjoy shooting our airguns at home and at the range. I also do some pestcontrol at local farms. We live in a rural area, in a small village. We have a little workshop were we try to improve our rifles. We like to call it tuning or improving. Fellow airgunners with out of the box rifles are amazed what can be done to improve the shotcycle. Some times they ask us to "tune" their rifles. But when we tell them their 18 fpe rifle will probably end up being a sub 12 fpe rifle........ they are most likely not interested anymore.? My wife is a cnc machist, so thats conveniant too. We have: .177 97k 10 fpe, .22 97k 14 fpe, .22 tx 200 mk3 with a mk2 piston, 10 fpe .177 hw 30s 5.5 joules Fwb 300s Ive been reading this forum for a long time, regarding the members knowledgeable and serious, so I decided to introduce myself and see how things will go from here on. Common.... fully grown men... absolutely OBSESSED with airguns and pellets. And having endless discussions about what is: 1 the best caliber 2 tx200 vs hw97 3 best break barrel. I bought the tx to see what the fuss was all about. Had it running from 9 to 16 fpe. Had different pistons, lubes and extensions in it.
