Wolf in Belgium the first in 100 years

Recommended Posts

Specialist says sheep kills are treated as an accident the same as if a flock fell down a ravine.????? I Doubt the farmer feels the same way if he had wolf cornered with his rifle after wiping out his livelihood.

Exellent news' we should be giving all species a helping hand to recover from what humans have done to their habitat and wild numbers over the last few hundred years.

?

Would be nice to see allright but the wolf will continue to be persecuted by man because it won't fit in with farming practices. The golden eagle reintroduction is struggling to take off because they keep winding up finding dead birds with tracking collars. A scorned farmer ain't goin to be thinking of the ecosystem. An empty wallet is more on his mind.

Then farmers found poisoning ' shooting or trapping ect rare and endangered species or protected re introduced species should be fined so much and taste a spell in jail that they won't want to do it again.

Cone down heavy on the first few perpetrators and you will soon have the problem under control ?

How long will it be before someone breeds a wolf with a greyhound. All the bullcrosses will be shitting in their boots. New craze how much is a veil of wolf sperm. ???
