Out of interest is anyone running type of lurcher.

Was looking at two pups for sale this evening at 6 months old.

They look like good strong well put together pups.

Any info from lads that keep this x and a few photos would be appreciated.

Those look a lot like some pups that were advertised a few months ago as I think deer/bull/saluki/grey or saluki/beddy/deer/grey. I could be wrong but they were from Tipp and also on Donedeal. Whatever the breeding they look fine strong pups.

Scottish hare hunter on here has a cracking looking youngster of this breeding, think it's 13 or 14 months old now. Quite a popular type up until about 15 years ago.

There are a few pics on here if you do a quick search.

That's the add I seen. Look like well looked after pups.

My mate runs a generation 1/2 x back to a grey and its a good fast dog.it picked up the knack of running around the field edges intercepting rabbits trying to get back when she was quite young and done other stuff that you'd expect.

Not a photo of his but a half x,his was just an inch shorter.

I run a smaller but similar type,  whippet cross whippet/stag(deer/grey)great feet, fast as fck, perfect for the rocky, hiily country.Has caught thousands of rabbits in her 5 1/2 years  a great mate and a once in a lifetime dog.

Lovely looking dog Aussie whip.

Looks like a large whippet.  Was the  mother a whippet or the other way round.

Thanks mate, the mum was whippet cross staghound and the dad a big working type whippet. When you see her next to a whippet she's leggier and bonier built. She has a very strong empathy for ferrets.
