Wouldn't have thought so mate.............I have no knowledge on this, but I'm fairly sure it's kept confidential, to prevent coersion, blackmail etc - if that's not the case generally, it certainly would be in this case ! And, let's face it, who would want to own up to releasing this f***ing animal ???
