Cant really tell mate but check out Velvet Shank. Seen it growing on Elder while out with the ferrets the other day.

They have a dark velvety stem about this time of year.

If that is a Cherry Tree maybe Honey Fungus, but a bit late.

No idea about the fungus but that looks like a chestnut tree certainly not a cherry
