Rotherham Council ......

Recommended Posts

Due to the 2 autistic stepsons I have had dealings with social workers/disability workers and now adult services from 2001 and in Dorset /Gloucestershire and now Monmouthshire an I can honestly say I know why there's s high turnover of staff it's because their fecking useless, there's no communication between the different agencies, they don't follow anything up and their either sick on holidays or not working that day so if a duty worker deals with it, they do the bare minimum and throw the case file back for the next muppet to deal with,

Is this some sort of really crap joke?

Check out this little gem from their website......

'The Council has been singled out following its successful social work recruitment drive which has led to more social workers than ever before wanting to come and work in Rotherham'

They're probably attracting typical lazy council office workers that have sussed that you don't actually do feck all in Rotherham social services
