forest of dean redneck 11,183 Posted October 5, 2017 Report Share Posted October 5, 2017 Due to the 2 autistic stepsons I have had dealings with social workers/disability workers and now adult services from 2001 and in Dorset /Gloucestershire and now Monmouthshire an I can honestly say I know why there's s high turnover of staff it's because their fecking useless,there's no communication between the different agencies,they don't follow anything up and their either sick on holidays or not working that day so if a duty worker deals with it, they do the bare minimum and throw the case file back for the next muppet to deal with, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
