Had a mooch out with the lamp last night, more a training session for his first season looming than anything else, we We're getting close to heading home empty handed but their were a few bunnies in a small field, they were quite close to the bushes and the pup is very aware of them and will ease off the gas (sometimes cheaper than the vet's) but in for a penny I put it on the lamp and he even chased the thing into the Bush and scored, not only that he brought it back when I turned the lamp off (not to hand tho, he did a drop short and and give it a few death squeezes) but he happily gave it up except when he wanted to come back for a couple of tugs lol

It's good to end the night on a high, however my hand got itchy on the way back, enough to stick the lamp on it, Never seen so many fleas on a rabbit it didn't even have Mixy and was crawling. And I confess in leaving it for the Fox and fleaing the dog when I got home (missus don't do fleas, gotta keep her sweet so I don't have to choose the dogs).

I know I'm getting soft as I get older, anybody else deny a rabbit for fleas? Or anything else.

Just leave the rabbit(s) to cool and most of the fleas will jump off

Leaning towards skinning it asap, but hopefully no more crawling bunnies. atb

Its the time of year, be careful not to bring to many home with you, infest your place, a can of good flea spray before you head out and again before heading home.
