They were made in Sweden because FREDERIK AXELSON ( I'm uncertain how you spell his surname, but he is the man behind FX airguns!)  designed and built the rifle for Webley at his FX Airguns factory. It was very successful in its day, becoming "Airgun Of The Year. 2000"

 

Nice-handling with a rounded stock that felt nice and comfy on your forehand and a sweetly swept wrist. I nearly bought one for myself as a first PCP back then, but, stuck with my HW80 .22 as this was establishing itself with me as a hell of an air rifle.

The rounded stock is a realy good stock like you said it feels right in your hand

It's a very good design of a rifle son's well impressed I found it heavy compared to my falcon but putting a big sac silencer on had balanced it well
