I took paul husband on the pigeons today we got set up about 12 finished about 4 .with just 1 ff5 up on a hide pole 2 mini floaters made to look like landing birds 2 floaters about 4ft to get the birds a both the crop .we only had a small patch to drop the birds in we finished with 185 on the clicker sorry last 2 a left a right from me not on clicker .we picked about 80 from the patch of flattened crop we cannot walk in the crop or even put a dog in it .

Top dollar shooting lads , how did you fit the f5 to the hide pole with out it wobbling, good idea that

Awesome shooting for a novice Les the magic FF5 just one stuck in hide pole farmer even bought the carts happy 😊 days buddy more to come when its cut 😄

i think your a great guy les but to shoot that many and only be able to pick 80 up aint very good , maybe you should of stopped at home  :huh:

It's a shame they can't be picked but at the end of the day it's crop protection , the picked birds are a bonus and no one wants to deliberately leave them but the farmers want them dead ..the dead ones don't eat anything . Staying at home won't save the crop or your permission , sad but true .

If I don't rotate mine ,,because 4 of the farms are all related , I some times get iMessage asking when I'm next coming down
Just got to keep em all happy , but having said that there all good lads , and on occasion come out for a hour with me shooting

Nobody likes leaving pigeons skinner the farmer rang so we have to respond unfortunately the crop comes first

skinner he had got me my carts and if I had not gone buddy there is people around there dieing to get on that land so if I had stayed at home buddy I would have lost the permission .now what would you do buddy . its some of the best pigeon shooting in that area

tank we found 3 that had been eaten was not fox has they was only about 5 yards from us buddy think it could be rats

take the middle out of a hide pole put the spike from the FF5 down the hide pole tape it in solid .I put 2 out like this when the crops are cut . at the back in stead of the front this time of year david
