Kay 3,709
I have been using a Canon SX40 bridge camera for the last 6 years & I got up today & decided I would get myself a more current bridge camera so I got a Nikon B700 Its a cracking little camera for a novice.like me , well chuffed with it for everyday use .... Nik_B 3,790
That's what I have, I agree for a novice they are pretty good although I find using the viewfinder very hard since it's so small. For most situations it's a very good camera although for bird photography I think that only a DSLR and high quality lense is going to make me happy but I can't complain, I have seen many things I wouldn't have seen thanks to the Nikon If you get any good tips let me know lol, I did buy a PDF guide which I'll send you....see if you can also view it
