Smaller the better I cook mine in a pressure cooker for 15mins skin them then quarter them pop um in jars put 2 table spoons of sugar and a pinch of salt on them half fill with white vinegar and top up with water , not sure if it's the [BANNED TEXT] way to do it but it works for me

Ps make sure your jars are clean

Get some seed in now and you should get 13/14 weeks growing. Make sure you keep them moist for the next couple of weeks. I also just put another row of peas which are racing on. Cabbage seed won't let down. I'm doing Durham Early, and of course radish and lettuce will still do well. Jok
