Just Bought Air Arms S510.

Have just bought an air arms s510 and just wondering what pellets other owners are using.Am using H+N trophy target and getting 1cm groups at 20 yds.Not been out to zero at longer range yet as too windy and i want to try a few different pellets.Thinking of buying a few of those test packs with about 25 pellets in to try but thought i could narrow down what to get by asking here.

my 510 was pretty much spot on with any soft lead pellet in .177 but favoured 4.52

I use to use jsb heavy's purely for the knockdown and wind resistance... good rifles the 510's

Good choice man. Blood red beech wood too... nice.

 

AA fields. 4.52 or 5.52... the rifles built around them... only makes sense.

Bought an s510 recently myself..i find that premier pellets and barracuda pellets with the dum dum head are great pellets v accurate and dont seem to exit the quarry.. banging stuff like rats and ferals out to 40 yards absolutely no probs... you will have some great craic with that rifle..best of luck with it fella.
