How do we know it' a pumard?

A ot of the questions haven't been answered at all or its been answers that are basically your opinion or ones like; ' it' not mine to show you' 'when we are ready we'll show the world' ' the experts told me so' 'you'l have to wait and see'

Because it was bred in captivity as were most of them for the pet trade

Ive been looking at going on a big cat tracking holiday for either snow leopards in pakistan or Amur tigers in Siberia and both tours say you have about 0.5% of actually seeing either! The tour in Siberia (for obvious reasons!) don't actually track the tigers but your out in their territory setting camera traps where they pretty much guarantee you will get some footage in the two weeks your there. Both are ran in seriously remote areas over twice the size of Britain yet within 14 days they guarantee you footage or a photo of the cats.....how long has this thread been running?

When you come back we can see what you were able to capture in an area the cats are native, relatively abundant and have had tracking collars fitted so you know roughly were they will be at each time of year, some  people in our group go to America and India to work on projects involving leopards and Pumas and have never even seen one in there native land, the Amur leopard in Russia is probably the most tracked and studied cat in the world yet certain individuals still disappear for years on end, but good luck I really hope you get to see one or at least a picture?? if and when you get on your tour ask them what animal likes to crop the ribs off, in country,s leopards are accepted ribs cut close to the spine are just accepted as leopard kills without any need for further examination

Like i said earlier there's real doubt the hybrid is even real, i also read if it were true chances are it was due to artificial insemination.

so are ligers made up? They mate with each other naturally as do lots of cats of different species, and a percentage, usually male, of the offspring are fertile, which is why there are around 10 to 15 sub species of leopard, I,m not trying to prove anything to the hunting life, I,m involved with a group of people that are trying to put a case together which will convince ministers and the metropolitan police, and if and when we are successful or otherwise I will put up or shut up, but at the moment, I,m simply showing a few bits and pieces that I find that indicates a large preditor is operating on our shores, south hams, please change the record, it's been explained to you by me and people like born who works in the scientific community how these things work I can't show you what I don't have, everything in those pictures gets sent off to the university that are dealing with the forensic side of the case, this is just field evidence and on its own will never prove anything, which is why I work with the boffins and why the boffins work with me, your own area appears to be alive with reports that you were totally oblivious about so maybe get off your fat arse and have a look  I,m off now to enjoy the last bit of sun with a cider ✌

The sheep thing is quite an easy one to answer, in the 1980 s most cat sightings like the beast of Bodmin, exmoor and other remote areas were the dumping grounds for people who owned them and did,nt want them put to sleep, (it became illegal to own them in 76 but only illegal to release them in 83) the cats were semi domestic and grabbed the easiest food source available, but as they got more naturalised, there diet has changed as has the deer population of the U.K. And the few sheep we seem to get tend not to have been dipped for a long time as the chemical dip is a put off if there is a choice, last year a lynx escaped from a zoo in Wales and in just over a week was blamed for about 7 sheep kills, this is far more than it would need to survive but the reaction of a captive animal, if it had not been shot it would have gradually reverted to a natural diet and never taken another sheep again, which is what has happened to the others, many died at the time but those that never have learnt to avoid man and seem to. eat a mainly natural diet, and interestingly have started to tap into the over abundant food source of badgers as I,ve  tried to show, leopards, puma and Lynx are not large cats and all specialise in staying aloof, most are under 24"to the shoulder, the photo I put up at the start has been scaled and is accepted by those in the group as a large male, it's 22" to the shoulder and has a body length of 3ft 3" without its tail so low and long and easy to hide especially when the crops come up,

Sorry but that's nonsense, you look at any format of predator and it' the exact opposite. They start eating wild game till they discover stock and the become a nuisance to farmers once they have started taking stock.  This goes for everything from foxes in this country to yotes in the USA, leopards in India or even things like rats and stoats with penned birds

You have never answered the questions ... I'll ask one - what indisputable proof have you got or seen that there is a breeding population in the UK?

It is not alive with reports in my area, the most recent one are close to 10 years old and arry clearly said 15 years ago

No Ligers aren't made up, you do know Lions and Tigers are from the Panthera genus, just like the Leopard. The Puma is not! Where are they now in any Zoo? Even if the hybrid is possible they would almost certainly be sterile! They were also reported to be less than half the size of either parent, if that's the case then they aren't killing no Badger! I've got off my arse plenty of times, guess what? I've seen fcuk all! You sure that cider you have been drinking isn't sending you loopy?

I have no indisputable proof until all the evidence is gathered and put into a scientific paper which will then be pulled apart by the scientific community as has been said f**k knows how many times, and the last report I had from your area was in the snow a few weeks ago near lodiswell, it's not my fault no one wants to tell you, but I do understand why, now I really do have to go because we're really going over old ground again,

Your all acting like he's got all the answers to everything , you throw questions at him left right and centre . Give the guy a break ffs . He might be wrong , he might be right.  But any amount of discussion on here won't come to a definitive conclusion

There's some lads on here that have been asking Greyman the same questions over and over again for months...Like he has the answers or is gonna change his opinion all of a sudden. I don't think there's cats out there personally but why give Greyman grief over it. He is literally being berated for having and opinion on the subject...Like he's the be-all and end-all of big cats...the man gets out and enjoys himself which is more than most on here lol

So asking him legitimate questions now is giving him grief? I'm sorry but if you claim these things then you have to expect lots of questions. When pushed in to a corner all you get out of him is "Get off your arse and look for yourself!" So transparent and not helping the matter at all.
