gamerooster 1,179 Posted June 14, 2017 Report Share Posted June 14, 2017 On making a couple of longlines now, mostly for flatfish and possibly the odd bass, my question is is whilst looking at some for sale on ebay ive noticed the snoods are quite far apart, say 7 foot or so, whys this? If the snoods are 18" could you not space them closer, say 4 foot, and if the main line is tight thered be no risk of a tangle? Or is there a reason theyre spaced so far apart? Quote Link to post
