goshawking719 487
Can anyone recommend anyone to service my old air arms s410 in Lancashire (burnley)? It's sat unloved in the cabinet for a few years and seems to be leaking air out of the pressure gauge. Thanks Adam Quote Link to post
Rez 4,957
I hate to leave a post un replied, even though I don't know the answer... not living in the area. I would assume you've done your own research on it and any local decent RFD's? Quote Link to post
Fieldsporthunter 1,864
I sent mine to air arms, cost £180 but came back like new, well worth it. Took 6/7 days 1 Quote Link to post
goshawking719 487
Thanks for the replies. I'm going to call around a few of the local gun shops tommorow to see if any offer the service. I couldn't find much online regarding servicing, so was after recommendations really, if the turn around from air arms is only a week or so that may be worth a look! Although they would probably send it back looking at the state of it! Never lend a gun, lesson learnt ? Quote Link to post
Fieldsporthunter 1,864
Mine was scrap when I sent it, they replaced the cylinder, the pre anti tamper part of the action, hammer spring and a few other bits as well as the service. Basically more was broken and worn than what was working. I got back a pre anti tamper s410 that is a good as new. Was very happy. Quote Link to post
