Jonjon79 13,321
Same here - 9-13" Although, I do like to wander so, lately I've been mostly using a cheap lightweight monopod shooting stick and no bipod. Quote Link to post
The one 8,382
Depends on what your shooting in most are extendable but take a stick with a deer horn forked top that works at any height Quote Link to post

philpot 4,917
Yes 9-13'' but if that is not high enough, splash the cash and look at the Primos Trigger Stick Tripod, very very versatile piece of kit for both in hide or walk about. Bushwear do some good prices for Primos. Phil 1 Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
Harris 9-13 Tilt for me too. Quote Link to post
PLEDGEY 493
Get one that tilts. Non tilt will be cheaper but you'll end up buying a tilting bipod in the end as the non tilt will drive you nuts. I like the Harris pods. Quote Link to post
Baldcoot 2,352
If Harris prices make you cough ,och yal no be avin a sale ,Debden,s is as good and only 60 quid ,the other 30 will buy a lot of pellets or donuts Quote Link to post
Deker 3,450
Bigger than the grass mate Absolutely! I have several different height Bipods and whilst the likes of a 9-13 is quite useful and not too heavy (even the 6-9 can be), its pretty useless if you lay down in the grass or corn and the field is higher! Personally, for field use make sure it is a Tilting version as well, the fixed are great for targets in controlled environments, but its a different matter when you hit the dirt in a field!
