seeing as its theft can the police not use the reg plate to track the owner down or at least who it registered too

Nor is she the one in rescue in Galway either.

 

If they are hoping to breed from her they will have a long wait as she had one season and nothing since. Dew claws removed and she is tattoed and chipped.
