Hello all.

I work for local authorities in pest control etc etc.

When a customer drops off a sample into our offices we send them off to that well know place that does the training in Osset,West Yorks etc etc. they confirm what species it is.

Obviously we usually know what it is before we send it,But have to get it confirmed before we inform a customer etc etc.

I'm wondering if there is any other methods anyone else uses to get any samples confirmed etc etc...?

It was red hot and "proper sore" .

It was very small, slightly bigger than a flea and was not very fast moving..
