You can get a decent plot for between 120k and 200k depending on how much work it needs doing. That's on the mainland. The outer islands you get a lot more for you money

Yes it is mate. My yard backs on to the loch. It's a RSPB reserve.

Yes I would imagine it could be bit tricky up here if you just came up to run game and take the piss.

I'm going to be up here full time within the next couple of years so will take it steady.

Hopefully get to know a few people and get a bit of rabbiting permission and take it from there.

There is plenty of deserted places to have a walk though
