I go barefoot, it's no good testing the dogs if you're not pushing yourself too

Good foot plates on the roundmouth and the boots should be fine.

I'd personally avoid Le Chameau. Great for wellies crap for boots. I have Meindl's at the minute and have no qualms about them.

Depends how much you wanting to spend. If your looking at a budget I'd look at the British army cold weather boot. I've had my pair on everyday for nearly 2 year and they still bang on. If they are looked after they will last. Only complaint is they a bit heavy but you soon get used to it

Dunlop purofort do me a treat nice and warm steel toe and midplate no wet feet crossing streems sorted

I got some puroforts last year, first wellies I've bought in years, they are good..........but digging in them?? You heathen!! Haha....
