Wild Polecat Shropshire.

Recommended Posts

On another subject ,we have seen 5 otters lately ,different sightings whilst lamping .One came in nicely to a squeak ,the others ignored it .Plenty of wild polecats around Newbury near us .See them dead on the A4.Want one for a mount but all squashed by lorries .Red kites abundant too on road kill early morning .

I hear otters are playing havoc with the local barbel and carp populations a crying shame but it's the wildfowl there affecting most I'd say meself.

I'm doing a study for the government on crash barriers.....it's top secret....can you send me all the footage you have of the bird having a piss please..

well tell them to stop it, I know of one area in Gloucestershire were they released 6 right outside a premier carp water containing fish over 50lb five of them were squashed on the road and number six

Be great if you could manage to put some pics or vids from your trail cams Greyman.

There are numbers are increasing and in some places there are breed and release schemes in place to push the numbers a bit further a ferret rescue i know very well are part of one of the schemes.

well tell them to stop it, I know of one area in Gloucestershire were they released 6 right outside a premier carp water containing fish over 50lb five of them were squashed on the road and number six was hit and injured to the point it was taken back to live out its fecked up life in a pen, another area were I found the three road casualty,s has had at least two releases of otters into a river almost void of life, after they ate the few remaining fish and ducks they moved off to become squashed on the road, so they have just put another load in the same place which I think are the fresh wave of road casualty,s I,m finding at the moment, sadly I,ve seen at least three times as many dead otters as I have live ones, it's amazing just how much damage these goody goody pricks can cause in the name of conservation, the last disaster was barn owls I believe when they released so many they actually forced the already established ones out of there areas and the project ended with less owls than there were before they let any go, nature thrives on neglect, that's the end of my rant sorry

i,m under pressure to do this mate so will get it sorted, it may take me a bit of time as I think I need a new laptop to make it happen, but once I do you will probably get fecked off as I have so many, I think I picked up around 50 pictures of roe in the last week or so along with countless fox, badger and squirrels plus one polecat and a bird having a piss behind the crash barrier on the motorway, before you get excited it was just her legs jumping over the crash barrier ,

I will have to attempt to take a still from a short video as the polecats apart from one run passed in seconds the videos are only 20secs long so should be doable, my daughter is attempting to get me going as we speak
