Whereabouts are you? I got some old air rifles off my dad and I think there's a tornado that you could have for spares or even restore (it's not as bad as the one your doing.) I'm in Derby and if you or somebody for you can collect it your welcome to it, Stu.

Update for bigmac, I've dug the rifles out and they are - relum tornado (painted metal and doesn't want to cock) relum telly break barrel, Chinese break barrel and an NAC Spanish air rifle that is apparently an early norica with no sights but has tele grooves. So if you can get someone to collect them they're yours. Regards, Stu.

Well Barry's kit came to day so popped it in to the rifle

 

and replaced the breach seal as well

 

she is sweet to shoot just a little recoil on the shoulder and no noise from the cocking action

 

BUT THE SAFETY WILL NOT ENGAGE

 

iv not had the trigger unit apart so this has me baffled

 

Iv pm,d Charlie Caller as to how i can put this right

 

just need to put some more blueing on a few places that has marked as to reassembling action

 

got a few little marks on the stock that need to be put right

 

and to clean the butt pad off

 

and spray the trigger guard black (blueing dose not take to alloy )

 

then its ready to be picked up tomorrow night Barry
