KES2 171 Posted January 10, 2017 Report Share Posted January 10, 2017 Owen, Difficult one but you have already contacted the land registry if you know the land is unregistered. You need a bit of solicitors advice but look up the types of ownership since you may be able to register it and lodge a claim for possessive title which allows certain land to become the property of the person who claims it after 10 ish years.
