ferretess 230 Posted November 24, 2016 Report Share Posted November 24, 2016 Got a problem since last software update, phone constantly freezing have to reset it numerous times a day, trying to back up everything to icloud for I can reset phone back to factory settings to try and resolve this, but my contacts won't back up anyone got any helpful advise for me ?
