Rabbit Stew

I like to roast my rabbits for an hour, cup full of water in the roasting dish to stop the meat drying out, then shred it and add it to the stew

Wife pulled brace of rabbits out freezer and showed her this she's done it and it's been in stockpot all day cheers for the tip,like you say made deboning easier.

Dump them in a casserole dish with a cooking sauce for a hour in the oven great range from Korma to vindaloo

i eat plenty rabbit but try to shoot 3/4 grown ones in the head i think if the meats tender to start with your halfway there
