Fonzie 19 Posted June 5, 2016 Report Share Posted June 5, 2016 I'm flying a male Harris hawk and would love to know if there is any lads in my area flying a Harris that would like a good days hunting on my permission. I would love to see my bird flying in a cast. This will be my second season with this male that has taken mostly fur and feather. I'm in the north west of Ireland. I also have working ferrets. If one is going to come off second best it will definitely be the male. I wouldn't bother to risk it if I were in your shoes. Much nicer to see them hunt and catch single handed. It can also make them lazy and they can wait for the other hawk to do all the work. Quote Link to post
