Ha! Don't worry, me and this old girl are a long way off retirement from shooting Mark.

It's a gun to be used. She had a new Titan spring fitted and a full internal fettle, hone and polish only a few years ago by a great pal of mine who knows his Weihrauch spring rifles. This HW80 is just mint, high performance sweet and her stock is her crowning glory.

She's not old. She's in her prime. She about to enter the next phase of her shooting life; and mine with her too!

Other than my Daystate Regal. I will not be bothering with PCPs again. They just don't compare to this Tiger tank of an rifle.

Few more the photos make it look lighter than it is

and even through it looks like there are dark dry spots there is no dry spots on the stock its just the way the light is hitting the stock and the way the photos have taken

I knew you'd start getting enquiries from other chaps about restoring their gunstocks Jimmy. I don't blame 'em

What you have done here with mine, is not just to make this HW80 stock absolutely beautiful. You've actually made it better than it was when it was newly finished from Weihrauch themselves. I'm not just flattering you, I honestly mean it. This has all the looks it had plus the fleck is better realised than it was before.

You've actually made it better than it was new. No one can't possibly ask for more.
