stuartpengs 19 Posted February 13, 2016 Report Share Posted February 13, 2016 (edited) I've gone through quite a number of Gore-Tex gaiters, they can tear quite easily is thick brush. Best buy I've made as far as gaiters are concerned are a pair of olive Fjallraven Sarek gaiters (they're available in black too). They do need waxing occasionally (Greenland Wax), but they're tremendously hard-wearing and waterproof providing you look after them and wax them occasionally. It's quite therapeutic!
