Heard a bit of a thump at about 12.30 am but went back to sleep. Wife says to get to the front door as the porch is covered in blood. Daft twats left a nice fallow Buck hanging. Considerate clowns.

I know mate but what a great time we are having. In the last three weeks, 2 fallow, (including today) 93 rabbits, 53 brace pheasants, 2 woodcock, 18 mallard, and awaiting the pigeon. This is one of the best seasons so far and yet more to come.

Not only that. Made a fox trap which I hope will have results soon with this bad weather.
