Economical Cartridges

It's got to that time when I need to buy some more cartridges, i was just interested to see what everyone's suggestions were for an economical cartridge for walking around doing some rough shooting (not "game", just vermin). I've been using Hull superfast but i'm up for a change. I would like to try some of "Proper cartridges" cartridges but where i am it's very hard to get hold of them...

 

I know this will cause a lot of discussion but you don't learn by not asking questions...

I use gamebore clear pigeon for vermin and gamebore super steel for duck and geese .

The proper cartridges are very good

Give him a ring he is often about all over the Uk delivering so might well be able to get you some.

He is due to get a courier sorted so he can deliver like just cartridges do

Only ever seen one batch of proper cartridge.....maybe a bad batch but not good at all

 

Lead was not uniform dirty and stuck together in clumps

Any eley 32 grm 6's would do the job pal always have for me . Atb dd

I Use Gamebore clear pigeon in 32Grm .

Eley do a pigeon load 30 gram 6's only about £170/1000.

 

I've been using gamebore velocity 29gram 6's for over a year on pigeons and game and they were only just over £40 per slab.
