Yukon Photon XT 6.5x50

£419 new

£350 used

Probably the best you'd get for that sort of money. Good bit of kit too.

Get a second hand pulsar N550 for about £500

Great scope

Don't know what the latest Yukon photon is like but the first one was very poor

Cannot comment on the new Photon but the first model i found was crap only had it on my rifle for 2 days before selling it on

At the time there was loads being sold by people not happy with them

I have 2 Pulsars the 750 and 870 before these i had the 550..........I think all of them are brilliant scope

The Photon(s) represent brilliant value for money IMO - and if you buy new online from a business supplier you get a few days to try it and return it for any or no reason at all. They have a massive three years warranty too.

EDIT: i think you might need adjustable mounts for it though so cost those into the overall price - and a T38 too.
