I specialise in flight shots, here is a few from this years collcetion

I like the first shot best. shows the motion of the hawk and the head is in sharp focus. your an artist. did you do any post editing on that shot. omanyra.

Yes, everyone does post processing, I try to get it right as best I can in camera though, as I only shot in JPEG..I cropped it, adjusted levels, a bit adustment in contrast and sharpened..not so good on the computer stuff.

Small birds can be, and so can larger birds

Kingfishers are my struggle, they drop like stones from perches with no warning, and they are small and fast when coming in

Puffins although a decent size are deceiving quick and difficult, at times, for me

But great sport trying to get any decent flight shots

long tailed tits GRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrr twitchy little fookers, we get dozens daily but there a pain, still not got good of one in flight :laugh::laugh:
