Brewery Waste Spent Corn/hops

Anyone know if it can be fed to ducks and has anyone had experience of feeding it .Don't want it for reared duck its for wild duck flight ponds

I've seen it used for pigs / cattle & chickens so should be ok for ducks, especially wild ducks as they will be getting other types of food elsewhere.

 

Is it coming dried as the wet stuff tends to go off very quickly.

It's definately used for cattle and sells at a bit of a premium over some standard feeds. There are plenty of nutrients left and smells pretty good. Might make the meat taste a bit boozy, but that's sounds pretty good!

Used to shoot on Islay and they fed distillery waste to cattle. Had wild ducks coming to the sheds to feed on the spilt waste.

yeah its fine we have fed ducks chickens turkeys pigs and others with it all seem to love it never lasts long!!!

Could try Simpson's malt at Berwick.i think they are still there.the company i work for used to supply them with chemicals.
