Bad Experience With Flightline Decoys

After reading so much about the ff5 flapper I decided to purchase one, I was informed it would take 28 days and payed the £95, I waited and waited, phone calls were not answered, 3 months went by and at last I received my long awaited ff5, unfortunately only to be very disappointed at what I believed to be a fault and rough welding. I contacted Flightline I was informed they would send me a payed postage return label, after waiting yet another week I paid the £5 out of my own pocket and sent the flapper back, stating that I would prefer a better quality flapper as opposed to a refund. 2 weeks later I received a cheque for the amount I had paid. After waiting 3 and a half months and £5 out of pocket I am extremely unhappy with Flightline Decoys and will never have any dealings with them again.
