A walk round the local (ish) pond got me these

 

These are almost impossible to see in trees so over the moon to get these two having a cuddle.

Great piccys mate......Now, I will stand corrected but if I had to bet my grannies pension on the Darter I'd say it was an immature male Black darter that has yet to colour up. :victory:

 

That is what someone else has said on another forum so looks like what it might be which is a result as never got one not flying before. Thanks for that.

 

 

Good images

What the lens and camera you use

With flickr images you can click on the photo and it will show all exif info but in this instance it was my trusty Canon 1DMKiv with 70-300mmL
