Feeding Vegetables

Recommended Posts

Absolutely no leek or onion !

They cause a type of anaemia that causes permanent damage to the red blood cells, and can be fatal.......

Most dogs like carrot, pear and apple, so try these. Mine love broccoli stem and cabbage stalks - we eat the rest.

Vegetables and fruit will need a quick whizz in a blender first, though.

Most dogs also love raw eggs, and we also give them oily fish once a week (sprats usually).

You only need to balance the diet over a few days, not every single meal.

Good luck !

Garlic is supposed to be good as well

Good flea repellent. Mine won't touch their food if I put garlic in it, mind - always were weird dogs !

I chop it up and put wrap it in a piece of chicken skin and throw it to them its swallowed before they know what's in it
