Crisp and dry oil works a treat ultimate oils about £8 for a 500ml load of piss

It's £11 a litre and I've had 2 for £11 last twice I've ordered it.

Proof is in the pudding. It's good stuff.

Potatoes, both sorts, are good sources of carbs etc,

Grain free completes seem ???? grains are well digested by dogs, about as well as potatoes, and are good source of carbs along with fibre etc so a grain free diet, either from completes or pasta etc, doesn’t add up to my mind.

As to the oil supplementation..............rape seed has pretty much all a dog would want, cod liver oil perhaps as good or a little better, you could add the two and make your own super oil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps time for one of Sandymere’s super supplements?

Rapacod Oil!!!! Direct from Mr Meres lab (kitchen) made from natures finest ingredients, (Asda’s shelf), formulated to contribute to the blah blah blah, just add what you want to achieve add a little belief and bobs your uncle, only £5 per bottle, send cash to

I know you all like a little science lol.

The omega-6 series essential fatty acids is one of the two families of EFAs which The parent omega-6 EFA is linoleic acid, LA, which is converted in the body to GLA, gamma-linolenic acid and then to AA, arachidonic acid. These latter two EFAs have a long chain carbon structure and are found in certain oils and meat respectively. They are not essential as they can be made from the parent omega-3, ALA,

The omega-3 series essential fatty acids is the second of the two families of EFAs The parent omega-3 EFA is alpha-linolenic acid, ALA, which is converted in the body to EPA, eicosapentaenoic acid and then to DHA, docosahexaenoic acid. These latter two EFAs have a long chain carbon structure and are found in oily fish. They are not strictly essential as they can be made from the parent omega-3, ALA
