ok what size plywood should I use ..my local wood merchant charges 25 pound for 12m plywood and I will need 3 so will be looking 75 pound plus vat that's why I asked about the overlap panels to save acouple of pennies ( every pen saved helps lol ) but if there no good I will go with the ply .cheers

I used 3/4 thick ply for the back of my flights and then for the sides and dividing walls I used feather edge boarding I paid £1 per length and they are 6ft longpost-85484-0-75557900-1427732963_thumb.jpg

Thayt feather bord stuff is exactly the same as the panles I can get for free there 6ft x 6ft square I was going use them as a side and back..do u have any problems with the featherbord ?? If I can use this it will save me 75 pound as I can get the panles free ...cheers

No mate never had any problems just make sure it's secured well.If you can get it free then all the better.
