barnslyben 74 Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 I live on a farm we have had alot of rats about this year my little uns whippet ,Wheaton mini lurchers catch a few with the whippet and terrier blood you can't go wrong for rats ,saying that my pups dam whippet x saluki ghd is still a demon on them at 8 yrs old,all Mark 100% on rats atb BB Quote Link to post

I walked to a local shoot last saturday to kill a few, i was told they went through 30 sacks of poison this season, iam hopeing to get a lift up next time so i can take the smoker. Quote Link to post

leegreen 2,099 Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 Always bring the Lurcher pups on with a bit of ratting, gets them proper hyped, raises their drive and gets them sharp. I will go ratting when ever it is needed and take the whole team. Lurchers big and small are good at ratting. Quote Link to post
