Spot on that. Ive seen videos of nuttal must be walking twenty plus terriers all off leash and they were well behaved from what i remember.

I've seen Brian exercise 16 terriers no problem at all. A good terrierman.

I think if you bring up a black pup in the right manner, let's say any dog to be honest, if well socialised and reared properly, its aggression and drive channelled correctly there shouldn't be much of a problem, we all have the odd scuffle now again when kennelling a few terriers, even packs of hounds that live and feed together kick off sometimes. I hope fireman  worked his dog first and realised it was a coward before he pts the dog.

No disrespect intended mate but all that dog needed was work and plenty of it .Had the same for years with the Wheeler dog and his direct offspring but working  them hard steadied all that .Im' not condoning dog aggression but it can be channelled to make it liveable .If I'd pts everything like that I'd have nothing now .A tired dog got no interest in anything but sleep .

The dog got what it needed mate but i took no pleasure in it in any way,he grew to a 30 lb 16 inch terrier with the same attitude as a working bulldog.Work was not all it needed as ain't as green as you think i am FD and that dog was just the same as having a bull dog in working order and that ain't my thing to have around me,he was far to big for anyone who takes care in what they do with quarry and if anyone thinks it was to much a "black dog" for me they why ain't you all got big drawing terriers in your kennels who can only be around a 75lb lurcher as she can sure as shite look after herself.  Feck putting the poor thing on the dog merry go round and nor was i ever going to pass him on for the only thing he'd been any good at so i did right for the dog and i burried him properly end of really. But as for plummers not being black dogs, your right PIG and horses for courses in some cases but on the other hand i'm yet to see a black dog do all my old plummer has been able to do ?

I've owned one and seen a handful of Wheeler breds up here and to be fair none were fighters. But the worst terrier I've ever seen for fighting was a Wheeler/Nuttall dog, it would even attack bitches. BUT it's owner was a wanker who I can imagine would have encouraged the dog to be like that, so who knows.

Same here mate, never had any problems with any of the terriers i had when i mixed the Wheeler blood in but to be fair ive always been able to let all of my black terriers,bull/lurchers and bulldogs exercise and mix around the home together and wouldnt tolerate anything that couldnt be trusted. The only time ive ever had problems was with two poxy showy Russels that my ex missus owned and a tiny pitbull dog that i brought home at 4months old that wanted to fight everything from the day i picked him up.

I’ve a good few terriers and I can let them all out at once without to much hassle but I put that down to socializing them when there young. Personally I’ve never seen a good fighter all I’ve seen have been afraid of the dark but would fight with a dog in a heart beat. Personally I hate that type
