Did you go buy minkenrys book? Sack playing with mink, I got bitten by a weasel when I was a lad, reckon its put me off playing with wild mustelids..

Swim and hunt fish at a guess ........

Get a ferret, shoot all the bloody mink!!

You need a licence to keep mink which I have got and you also need a licence to keep grey squirrel aswell as its not a native spieces

You can harness them like ferrets and have on a long retractable lead and they will swim and hunt fish

It took me many years of research to be able to keep a mink and a bit of money for the right spec enclosure and there's alot more to mink than ferrets that most people don't know or understand.

This might be a stupid question, but..........Why??What does a tame(ish) mink on a flexible lead do that a ferret wouldn't do?

Swim and hunt fish at a guess ........

Each to his or her own I suppose, but I'd personally grab the rod over a semi feral mustalid if I wanted a fish....
