I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I saw a queue 100 yards long outside one supermarket at 5.30 this morning. Seeing the footage of the way people were behaving in some areas made me ashamed to be British. I wonder what people overseas think when they see near riots over a bit of discount on a few white goods.... No, the more I see of the modern world the more I hate it.
