Wanted Torque Driver

Hi all

I'm looking for a 1/4" torque driver to adjust/secure the mounts on to my new scope, but can't justify the high cost of buying a new one. I'm not interested in the Wrench style, just the proper screwdriver type like the following,

Yes, I'm after the screwdriver type that takes different size bits. But it must have the Torque feature that prevents over tightening of the bits and therefore prevents any damage to the scope rings.
