i would not do the bark collar for one simple reason if the dogs running a rabbit and whimpers then gets a shock it may think it because it s running the rabbit and stop running them all together

got to love THL

Am i right in saying?, you ran a dog you didn't know for sure to be fully fit on big rabbits and now your pissed off she whines on a chase.on them Let me think ..............

Who is going to help you now on here gibbo, a bit silly bud, dont know your dog and can only say that it sounds keen to work going by your post, if the dog sat looking at you instead of running you would have a problem.

i know you say the dog is fit, but just get a vet to have a listen to the heart and lungs with a stethoscope. if as you say this noise only occurs when the dog is really exerting itself its just possible there is an underlying problem. for peace of mind it would be better to know than to be carrying the dog off the field. good luck with the dog for the season
