i still like my Altbergs

meindl dovre gtx pal

Had these a little while now and so far I'm pleased, goretex, vibram etc and well priced with an excellent 2year garuntee.

Recently got a pair of Zamberlan Vioz GTX after reading loads of reviews as i didn't want a boot too tall and was heading towards the meindl until i compared them against these. They were pricey at £180 but they are a top boot and well worth the money i'd recommended having a look i'm well happy with mine.

Yeah defo go bigger with the Zamberlan they do 1/2 sizes i'm usually a ten and the 10 and 1/2 are perfect for me, as the going says buy cheap buy twice i think with boots you've got to bite the bullet and spend a fair bit of your hard earned cash and get a decent pair.
