LOL, yep, I'm up for that....

The trouble is, I never worked for R and got myself brainwashed into thinking that theirs was the best training and no technician is as good as an R technician....

Sadly, they learned the hard way that their training was out of date; that's why they now have to put all their guys through the RSPH

It's not a competition; I don't even work in mainstream pest control anymore. The days of me worrying about State of Service and Optimum Treatment Times are long gone.... I just do my 'thing' and struggle on, safe in the knowledge that others will always know best

This isn't a character assassination of you by the way  just the industry as a whole, and a certain section of it that's always considered itself superior to everyone else

I actually miss the days when there where about a quarter of the number of guys doing it as today, and providing you were sensible, and injected a portion of common sense into what you did you had nothing to worry about

Sadly, these days, you have to spend more time dotting 'i's and crossing 't's than you do actually killing pests and looking after your customers.

That's why I'm so happy I don't have to worry anymore

Very true chaps! That's why I mainly stick with the contract rabbit work and moles, obviously I still do wasps and suchlike, but I'm steadily distancing myself from the mainstream as it's becoming a real head ache with aversion, resistance etc because of Muppets getting hold of stuff and misusing it through lack of/no training.
