Personally I feel I could do better. I have worked in big permanent sheds. 40000 to a shed. With the same sort of heating drinking feeding ventilation systems. They work very well for the first 3 weeks until you have to move and bit them. With this shed it seems to be a happy medium. On paper anyway!

Just seems mad moving birds and causing them stress... Then bitt them and cause them more stress... Each to there own I suppose, what mortality rate do you get ?

Yeah I was contract bitting it was an odd way to do it but saved an awful lot of gas and labour in the long run. The mortality rate is very low until you bit them because the shed is completly controlled. Exact heat temperature through underground heating the only air In there is what you put in or take out. Bitting a when you start to lose a few.
