the media started talk about licensing backing there government being all neutral and that .I have gotten to the point in life I have notice these stories come out at the right time , so ether this stuff goes on all the time it just get reported more at different times, people hear the news and do a copy cat .The stories are cause by agent provocateurs or the campaigners are always very very lucky to get a perfect story at the exact right time very very often.
